I have ladies that have me once a week to once a month. Many of my families have had me for years, so I'm not here today- gone tomorrow. What are your needs? I do all my own cleaning, so there are never strangers coming into your home. My families each have different needs and wants, so ask me to come by and visit with you. How long have you been in business?
I have been cleaning for over twenty years
What is your primary product or service?
I do home cleaning exclusively, because I like detail and thorough cleaning
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out with a nursing pool many moons ago, and had two of my terminal patients go about the same time. In the gap I took up house cleaning and haven't looked back.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience has taught me what products work better for different things. I guess the big thing is I enjoy what I do and my people enjoy what I do for them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only what I can do! I have no desire to try to find quality help that the profit margin doesn't warrant being able to pay them well. The bigger services have that battle EVERY day. I want to clean not be frustrated with trying to get help.

One of my ladies husbands told his visiting relatives that" Le sure knows how to make the place sparkle" Now from a woman that is a compliment, but from a man that is amazing!
