What is your primary product or service?
Home inspections, with some roof inspections, and renovation consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to renovate other people's homes. But I became tired of fixing other people's mistakes, so now I just write about them.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I take the time with my clients to be sure they understand what they are getting. Anytime you are buying a house, you are buying a job. Know how big that job is going to be.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I'm just me. Pretty happy where I'm at.

Cash, cheque, email transfer.
Which areas do you service?
Calgary is my focus, but Chestermere, Strathmore, Cochrane, Airdrie are all included too. I've even been hired for Edmonton!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Me: chief cook and bottle washer.
What are your hours of operation?
I like to start my first inspection at 9:00, and I'm often writing reports til 9 or 10 at night.
